At Sea Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted sail cloth purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unused, non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Sail Bag

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
